Earth Ovens

Our Earth Ovens are made from Clay, Sand and Straw. Thermal Mass is the main principle behind these ovens. You have a fire inside for 1 to 2 hours (Depending on how much you want to bake) then you pull the fire out, clean the coals out and cook inside for up to 24 hours with temperatures getting up to 800 Degrees. You can cook pizza, bread, beans, caserole, turkey, pig you name it. Each oven is it own creature depending on the clients needs and the space available.
